KCF PTFE-coated fabrics are high-strength, lightweightmaterials suitable for many applications, including belting, release sheets, gasketing, aerospace, etc. The PTFE coating provides exceptional release properties and resistance to chemical attack. The use of KEVLAR® yarns provides the high strength basis to these composites. Additionally, KEVLAR fabrics offer superior flex fatigue resistance and are virtually unaffected by moist steam environments. The Anti-Static (AS) versions of these products are black in color (providing protection from UV damage, to which KEVLAR fabrics are susceptible) and utilize a specialized coating to aid in static dissipation. Resistivity of the AS versions is less than 106 ohms/square.

KCF products are PTFE coated Kevlar fabrics, which are high temperature Aramid fibers that offer an extremely high strength to weight ratio. KCF is an excellent fabric for use in high moisture environments, applications subjected to severe flexing, or when added durability is required.

NCF belting products are PTFE coated NOMEX®, a high temperature polyamide fiber which maintains its structural integrity over its entire range of operating temperatures. These belts were developed for applications requiring continuous operation, outstanding tracking and predictable dimensional stability. NCF won’t shrink or stretch – not even by 2% – under normal operating tensions
